Everyone there has been absolutely fantastic! Dr. Z was fantastic and cared so much about me as a patient! He even called the next day to make sure I was okay after having a tooth pulled. They are 100% patient focused. I am so glad I found Carolinaβs Dentist!

I had a terrible experience today at CarolinasDentist. I called to schedule a new patient appointment on the phone and someone got me scheduled. They kept saying they would do a comprehensive exam, which I wasn't sure what that meant but figured it was part of a new patient cleaning. They did a lot of x-rays and 3-d imaging of my teeth and about halfway through the appointment, I asked them when my cleaning was. They said I wasn't scheduled for a cleaning, just an exam today. They then showed me my teeth on the 3-D imaging and pointed out all the things wrong with them. I was also told I had 2 cavities, which I haven't had any cavities in probably 10 years. After being there for a whole hour just for them to examine my teeth & do x-rays, they told me I could come back for a teeth cleaning later this week. The whole thing felt like a scam, showing me all the things wrong with my teeth (all cosmetic), it's completely inconvenient to have people come back 2 times as a new patient. I have never had to do two separate appointments to have my teeth cleaned and x-rays done. I will be going somewhere else to have my teeth cleaned and getting a second opinion about the cavities he

My first time visit to Carolinas Dentist was amazing!! Lauren assisted me with getting new retainers, even though I am not a regular patient here, and Dr Kay was so helpful and knowledgeable when it came to my questions. Could not be happier with my experience - thank you!!!

Hands down the BEST experience Iβve ever had at a dentist office even while getting a root canal and crown! I've avoided going to the dentist due to bad experiences. I am so happy to have finally found a practice that actually cares and donβt treat you like youβre a number and make you feel welcomed. Thank you Dr Kay, you are AWESOME! And so are your assistants! Kudos to you and your team! Ohhh and the practice manager is amazing as well and extremely polite and professional.
